Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal's secure server (you do not have to be a PayPal member to use your card!). You can also telephone your order and pay by cheque or postal order (made payable to Bootyworld) and your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Please put a copy of your order and delivery address in with your cheque.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
All orders to the UK only will incur a post and packing charge of £2.95. For deliveries outside the standard UK postal zones, please contact us by email before placing your order. This applies to all areas away from the British mainland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and overseas orders will be sent the most effective way for which you will be charged extra.

Delivery Schedule
Your order will be processed as soon as it is received by us and we will despatch for delivery within 5 working days. This may change due to out of stock items, Bank Holidays or Postal Strikes. International Orders will obviously take longer.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns
If you receive goods that you did not order then we will ensure that the correct items at no extra cost and we will cover the cost of returning those items. Please contact us if this is the case. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we will not replace or refund items if they have been opened or any seals been broken, unless they are faulty.

Tax Charges
VAT does not apply because we are not VAT registered

Credit Card Security
All card information is made via the secure servers of PayPal - we never see this information at all - we only see your address and the items you have ordered.
